- Brett Myers is officially going to become a free agent
- Both Yorvit Torrealba and Miguel Olivo had their options declined. I’m not a fan of Torrealba, but Olivo did hit 23 home runs and could platoon with Thole.
- Jarrod Washburn is not likely to return to the Tigers.
- Michael Cuddyer had his option picked up by the Twins. I have liked him since 06 when he helped me win fantasy baseball and felt like he would have been in that second tier of outfielders with Nady and Dye in case Holliday and Bay sign elsewhere.
- Jermaine Dye’s option was bought out by the White Sox making him a free agent.
