Hughes on the disabled list

The injuries keep on coming. Apparently Phil Hughes strained his oblique, which will result in him being placed on the disabled list, according to Peter Abraham.

I don't know if this explains why he's been terrible so far, but I hope it does. Hughes was scheduled to start on Sunday, so the Yankees will obviously need a starter by then.

He joins Jorge Posada, Alex Rodriguez, Brian Bruney and Wilson Betemit on the disabled list.

This also makes my poll question irrelevant.
